Detailed Description
Large customer base through Property managers, resulting in a constant revenue stream through the business. To aid with this large customer base a custom CRM system has been implemented to make transition of ownership easier.
Currently unable to service all enquiries, at present there is 300 job backlog. Competent staff members willing to continue on with new owners in take over of business.
